In this role you will support organisational change and lead labour relations activities across Spain and Portugal. You will partner with People teams, Legal colleagues and employee representatives to ensure compliant, constructive consultation. You will navigate complex processes and build trusted relationships across a multinational business. You will balance operational delivery with stakeholder management to enable transformation while meeting local requirements.
