We're partnering with a leading company in the automotive sector looking for an AI-Driven Salesforce Engineer to join its engineering team and help evolve scalable, business-critical solutions across multiple markets.

This is an opportunity for a Salesforce professional who combines strong platform expertise with a modern engineering mindset, including advanced use of AI-powered development tools ?.

?️ What You'll Do

- Develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex.
- Design and implement integrations with internal and external systems through APIs.
- Work across multiple Salesforce environments, supporting reliable deployments and continuous platform evolution.
- Collaborate with Product, Business, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Contribute to architecture decisions, code quality, technical improvements, and platform best practices.
- Leverage AI-powered tools and automation workflows to improve development productivity and solution delivery.

What We're Looking For

- 2+ years of software development experience.
- Strong hands-on Salesforce development experience in production environments.
- Advanced knowledge of Apex and Salesforce best practices.
- Strong English communication skills. (B2+/C1)
- Good understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, security model,



and data modelling.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
- Experience working with Git, code reviews, and structured deployment processes.
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of technical challenges.

? AI & Engineering Mindset

We are looking for someone who actively integrates AI into their daily workflow.

Strong candidates will have experience with:

- AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar.
- Creating effective prompts and reusable AI workflows.
- Using AI for development, debugging, documentation, testing, and automation.
- Reviewing and validating AI-generated solutions with strong technical judgment.

- Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Node.js or TypeScript.
- AWS or cloud technologies.
- CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Microservices or event-driven architectures.
- Experience with billing platforms or order management solutions.
