Compliance & Process Awareness: Maintain profound system awareness and a deep understanding of end-to-end (E2E) finance processes to identify the links/challenges of business decisions and ensure financial compliance
Business Case Co-Creation: Apply rigor and business acumen to co-create business cases, understanding underlying operational, strategic, and financial implications to enable transparency, support decision-making across the broader organization, and provide financial leadership for cross-functional/multi-site projects

Qualified Finance Professional: Holds a Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Finance or Accounting, possesses strong experience in Finance Business Partnering, and brings robust core finance skills (technical, systems, processes, and concepts) alongside fluency in English and excellent communication skills
Exhibits the ability to "lead from every seat" and provide specialist expertise, while actively networking and collaborating across and beyond boundaries to break down silos and role-model collaborative behaviors
