Senior Manager – Q2C PMO & Change Management

Location: Barcelona Hybrid - 3 days per week in office

At Gracia101 , we are currently looking for a Q2C PMO & Change Management Senior Manager to join to our team.

The role will be part of a major Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) transformation and SAP S/4HANA migration , working across multiple Business Units and regions.

We are looking for a senior professional who can combine PMO governance, transformation management and change management , coordinating Business, IT, Finance, Data and Commercial stakeholders throughout the programme.

Key responsibilities:

- Own the integrated Q2C transformation plan, including milestones, dependencies, risks and actions.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and implementation partners across regions and Business Units.
- Lead PMO governance, reporting and status updates.
- Support Q2C process harmonisation and SAP S/4HANA Fit-to-Standard decisions.




- Lead stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments and adoption planning.
- Coordinate communication, training readiness, cutover and hypercare activities.
- Track risks, issues, benefits and overall programme progress.

What we’re looking for:

- 5–8+ years of experience in Transformation PMO, Change Management or ERP implementations .
- Experience in Q2C / O2C , ideally within Customer Service, Commercial, Finance or Supply Chain environments.
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes.
- Strong experience managing international and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Knowledge of PMI, PRINCE2, Agile and/or Prosci methodologies.
- Excellent communication, planning and stakeholder management skills.
