Experienced Project Manager · WXP + Sales Comp + RIS SW CRM++ & Sales Automation

We are looking for an Experienced Project Manager to drive end-to-end delivery across Partner and Retail portfolios, including WXP Ecosystem Hardening, Sales Compensation WXP Partner Monthly Billing automation, and RIS Retail CRM enablement. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to coordinate complex, multi-stream software delivery initiatives with general teams, ensuring milestones, risks, and dependencies are managed effectively to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and execute the delivery plan, milestones, dependencies, and critical path across multiple concurrent initiatives

- Support PI planning, sprint tracking, release readiness, and hypercare cadence aligned with Agile/SAFe practices

- Maintain RAID logs, surface risks and issues early, and drive mitigation with cross-functional teams

- Coordinate co-funded delivery streams and partner governance, particularly with LCS Retail leadership

- Manage vendor and contractor onboarding/offboarding, SOX compliance, and resource allocation

- Report status regularly to program leadership and governance bodies, ensuring transparency and alignment

- Drive continuous improvement in PMO practices, Jira hygiene, TestRail adoption, and stakeholder engagement

Qualifications:

- 7+ years of project and delivery management experience within Salesforce (SFDC) and partner ecosystem environments

- Domain knowledge in Sales Compensation, Partner Monthly Billing, and Retail channel enablement





- Hands-on experience with Agile delivery frameworks, sprint cadence, and PI planning (SAFe certification is a plus)

- Strong risk, RAID log management, and mitigation planning skills

- Proficient with Jira, Confluence, TestRail, MS Project (or equivalents), and dashboarding tools

- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management capabilities

- Based in Romania/Spain with the ability to collaborate across global time zones
