This person will work closely with medium and large enterprise customers worldwide.You will join the Technical Adoption and Success group within the Customer Technical Success team as part of our Customer Success organization – a team that values professional development and rewards high performance.The Technical Adoption Specialist group is responsible for maximizing the success of and return on investment for our strategic customers. We do this by helping our customers achieve their business goals while maximizing the use and adoption of our solutions.ResponsibilitiesDeliver live coaching sessions to drive adoption of Autodesk SolutionsAct as a technical trusted advisor to customers, demonstrating thought leadership and product expertise to help customers adopt and achieve business outcomes using Autodesk technologyBuild,



maintain and deliver packaged service offerings to increase customer success and new product adoptionDeliver digital content via 1: Many webinars for end users to drive successful adoption of Autodesk solutionsDevelop and update digital content adhering to the CTS standards of quality and consistency that solves specific customer challengesMinimum QualificationsFluency in English and advanced level of FrenchExpert knowledge of Autodesk Civil 3 D and Autodesk Auto CAD in a production environment5–6 years Civil Engineering or related field experienceAdvanced knowledge of the industry needs and workflowsBachelor’s degree in civil engineeringPublic speaking and presentation skillsAdditional knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud, Autodesk Map 3 D, and GIS is beneficialSalary TransparencySalary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package.
