Team Manager SAP – people management focused

Lead and grow a high-performing SAP team at the heart of our general business processes. As SAP Team Manager, you will combine domain expertise with strong people leadership and a passion for Relentless Continuous Improvement. You will be responsible for building, developing and guiding a team of SAP specialists across Sales, Service and Procurement domains, ensuring high-quality, standardized and business-aligned SAP delivery.

This role is centered on people, performance and continuous improvement rather than deep technical specialization. You will work closely with the SAP management team and key business stakeholders to create an environment where talent thrives and SAP capabilities continuously evolve.

? About The Role

You are a people-first leader with a solid understanding of SAP domains such as Sales, Service and Procurement. You know how to build strong teams, develop talent and drive performance while fostering a culture of ownership, accountability and continuous improvement.

You will play a key role in shaping team structure, defining ways of working and embedding RCI practices across SAP delivery. You collaborate closely with domain experts, but your primary focus is ensuring that the team operates effectively, delivers consistent value and continuously improves.

? What You’ll Do

Lead, coach and develop a team of SAP specialists across Sales, Service and Procurement

Drive a strong people agenda including hiring, onboarding, performance management and career development

Establish a culture of Relentless Continuous Improvement (RCI) within the team





Align team objectives with business priorities and SAP strategy

Ensure high-quality delivery through effective planning, prioritization and team coordination

Act as the main point of escalation and support for team members

Foster collaboration across SAP domains to ensure end-to-end process excellence

Work closely with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into team goals

Promote standardization, simplification and harmonization across SAP solutions

Support organizational change and team engagement during transformation initiatives

Proven experience in leading and developing SAP or IT delivery teams

Strong understanding of SAP processes within Sales, Service and Procurement domains

Demonstrate experience in people management, coaching and performance development

Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Agile or similar

Ability to balance people leadership with delivery accountability

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Experience working in international and cross-functional environments

Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA landscapes is a plus

This position has strong stakeholder exposure. Strong English and Spanish communication skills are required. The role is hybrid with 2–3 days per week onsite in Madrid o Brcelona.
