As Senior BIM Manager at Arup in Madrid, you lead the implementation and continuous improvement of BIM workflows across infrastructure and multidisciplinary projects. You will ensure compliance with BIM standards and information management strategies, working closely with project managers, design teams and clients to drive efficient, digital project delivery. You will shape BIM strategy, governance, and templates to support a data-driven approach. This role offers scope to influence across disciplines and elevate project outcomes through innovative processes.

• Lead BIM implementation strategies across infrastructure and multidisciplinary projects
• Review BIM requirements during bids, including EIRs and BEPs
• Attend Digital Inception Process meetings and support project mobilization
• Estimate and manage BIM management resources across projects
• Develop and maintain Project BIM Execution Plans per ISO 19650
• Govern Common Data Environments (ACC, BIM Collaborate Pro, BIM 360, ProjectWise or equivalent)
• Organize BIM kick-off, coordination workshops and design reviews
• Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM activities and conduct model reviews and clash detection
• Identify opportunities for BIM efficiency, automation, and digital innovation
• Support digital delivery initiatives,

• Develop BIM standards, templates, workflows and best-practice guidance
• Provide mentoring and support to BIM Coordinators and project teams
• Engage with clients and external stakeholders on BIM strategy and information management

Responsabilidades
• Proven experience as BIM Manager, Lead BIM Coordinator or Information Manager on infrastructure and/or building projects
• Strong understanding of ISO 19650 information management and BIM delivery processes
• Experience developing and managing BIM Execution Plans, EIR responses and BIM delivery strategies
• Experience managing Common Data Environments and project information workflows
• Advanced knowledge of Revit, Civil 3D or similar, OpenRoads or similar, Tekla Structures, Navisworks Manage, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
• Experience leading multidisciplinary BIM coordination and model review processes
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills
• Strong English communication skills, written and verbal
