Experteer Overview In this role you will redesign, test, and implement payment structures for riders worldwide to boost engagement and optimize logistics costs. You’ll blend data analysis with modeling to ensure a scalable, fair incentive system that improves key operations metrics. You will own the experimentation process (A/B testing, switchbacks) and continuously monitor performance to drive data-driven adjustments. You will work with cross-functional teams to understand rider needs across regions and translate insights into impact. - Explore optimal logistics payment structure to maximize rider engagement
- Redesign courier payment framework to improve operational KPIs using models that account for vehicle, distance, weight, and peak-hour availability
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities for optimization

- Understand local/regional rider needs and perspectivesResponsabilidades
- Degree in Engineering, Maths or another STEM field
- 2+ years in a data analytics role with measurable business impact
- Advanced SQL for complex querying
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis and orchestration
- Experience with data visualization (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Nice to have experience with experimentation (A/B testing)
- Comfortable in a high-growth, ambiguous environment
