Experteer Overview
As a SysOps Engineer at Marfeel, you will help keep our on-premise infrastructure healthy and available around the clock. You’ll join a hands-on team that focuses on automation, monitoring, and database operations across diverse stacks. You’ll learn from senior engineers while expanding your skills in automation, databases, and infrastructure in a fast-growing, international environment. This role offers impact at scale, supporting a platform used by top publishers worldwide. You will contribute to reliable, high-performance systems that empower content, SEO, and revenue teams.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Maintain and develop Ansible playbooks and roles; write your own as needed
• Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and reduce errors
• Ensure consistent configuration and deployment of infrastructure components
• Monitor and maintain database clusters (MongoDB, ClickHouse, KeyDB, MySQL, among others)
• Watch performance, identify issues affecting availability and reliability
• Use monitoring tools to assess health and performance of the infrastructure




• Collaborate with development teams to support CI/CD processes
• Provide on-call operational support and troubleshoot infrastructure issues
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotations (1 week on, 1 week off)

Responsabilidades
• At least 1 year of work experience in technical operations, infrastructure, or systems
• Exposure to infrastructure automation, ideally Ansible, with interest in clean code
• Comfort writing basic Bash or Python scripts
• Familiar with Git and an interest in CI/CD and deployment tooling
• Solution-oriented with a curious, learning mindset
• Good communication with technical and non-technical colleagues
• Fluent in Spanish and intermediate English
• International team player
