# The Scope: You will directly lead Inventory Control & Quality Assurance (ICQA) shift Team Leaders and stock specialists, managing cycle count schedules, resolving system-versus-slot discrepancies, and enforcing compliance with the Convenio Colectivo de Logística de Madrid .

# Deep, hands-on experience utilizing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory tracking paths, RF barcode scanners, and advanced data reporting tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
# Professional fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory to ensure clear operational alignment with international management and fluent direction of local floor staff.
