Experteer Overview
As the AI and SaaS Security Expert at Siemens, you lead the security strategy for AI-enabled SaaS environments, protecting models, agents and workflows while securing SaaS platforms hosting Siemens data. You will shape the AI and SaaS security vision, advise leadership, and drive innovation in agentic AI security, model provenance and SSPM. You collaborate with IT, product, AI/data science and vendors to align security with regulatory needs across multi-identity ecosystems. This role offers high-impact work at the intersection of AI and cloud-native security in a large, general organization.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Serve as Siemens' technical SME for AI, LLM, and agentic AI security, delivering consults and security assessments for AI/SaaS initiatives
• Evaluate AI systems end-to-end (models, training, inference, RAG, agents) against prompt injection, data poisoning, data leakage and supply-chain attacks
• Contribute to the Siemens-wide AI/SaaS security strategy, roadmap and governance, including SSPM initiatives
• Develop security standards,



guardrails and reference controls; support audits and regulatory alignment
• Provide hands-on guidance for critical designs, including runtime authorization, model provenance and SaaS misconfiguration remediation
• Advise and align with stakeholders across IT, Product, AI/Data Science, SaaS vendors, and IAM on non-human identities and security

Responsabilidades
• Deep expertise in LLMs/foundation models (design, training, deployment, operation)
• Proven track record securing AI agents, LLMs, ML pipelines against common threats
• Cloud security experience (Google Cloud Platform) and cloud-native controls
• Experience with SSPM, CASB, SaaS security controls, third-party governance and DLP
• Knowledge of AI/SAAS security frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, GDPR, DORA) and audit preparation
• Ability to translate security risks to business impact for executives
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Non-human identity and token governance experience
