MPS team owns production plan schedule and site capacity to meet customer needs.Master the finished goods production plan for one/multiple linesReview and manage exception messages to balance service, inventory and capacity.



Amend production plans in line with planning time fences and agreed flexibility rules (Factory Operating Strategies)Manage urgencies with Production/Quality/ Materials team and Logistics to ensure prompt reaction and/or to prevent potential missed net revenue.Adjust production plan based on materials constraintsPlan the production plan to deliver initiatives and semi-finished campaign on timeOwn & improve MPS process(es)THE COTY IDÓNEO FITStrong knowledge of Microsoft tools (Excel mandatory)SAP knowledge (highly valued)OMP knowledge (highly valued)Priority setting and organization skills Team playerFeels accountable and owner – personal drive to implement changes and challenge the current process and system to deliver resultsCommunication skills Strong analytical capabilities and motivation to develop process-automation toolsEnglish fluentPreferably with experience in Supply Chain.Immediate incorporation expected
