Experteer Overview
In this role you will craft polished UI visuals for our industrial software portfolio, translating engineering concepts into clear interfaces. You’ll work within a global UX team to ensure consistent, high-quality design assets that support product development from concept through delivery. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners to shape intuitive experiences and contribute to a culture that values craft and collaboration. This is a hands-on design position with real impact on complex, real-world software.

• Create polished 2D and 3D icons, pictograms, glyphs, and other UI artwork for commercial engineering software products
• Translate technical and engineering concepts into intuitive interface elements
• Apply established visual systems and art direction to ensure consistency across assets
• Gather requirements from product teams and stakeholders to understand design needs, workflows, use cases, and constraints
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, designers, QA testers, field teams,



documentation writers, and other stakeholders across multiple internal teams
• Present design rationale clearly to internal stakeholders and incorporate feedback

Responsabilidades
• Validated experience in visual design, UI design, illustration, 3D modeling, or related field
• Portfolio demonstrating strong visual craftsmanship and relevant iconography, interface design, and illustration
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
• Experience with Blender or similar 3D modeling tool
• Ability to present work clearly, gather requirements, and communicate with multi-functional collaborators
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English
