OverviewAs part of our growth, we are looking for a Subsytem Lead Tower. In this role you will perform the following tasks:ResponsibilitiesSupport of the System lead for TowersCollaborate closely with the System Lead Tower and the Sub-System Lead for the AMR TowerPrepare system status, challenges, and issues for relevant review roundsMaintain deep technical knowledge of tower componentsCollaborate with design team members to define and refine technical solutions and system architectureEnsure consistent standards are applied across steel and concrete/hybrid towersCreation or release of documents related to the System (e.G. System Support document, Product validation plans etc.)Act as the Tower representative in all major tower meetings, covering both steel and hybrid towers when requested by System leadResponsibility for management of the System in TeamcenterYour ProfileBachelor’s degree in mechanical or civil engineering (diploma,



master's degree)Experience in the development of steel, concrete and hybrid towers as well as their anchor cages, foundations and dampers for wind turbines. Experience in the application of relevant standards.At least 5 years of experience in a similar roleAdvanced English level (C1-C2).
