This includes entering production reports, purchasing for stock and non-items, performing and entering cycle counts, shipping and receiving functions. The candidate must have a hands‑on background with purchasing and inventory in a manufacturing environment.ResponsibilitiesPerform functions related to production scheduling, procurement, customer service and/or shipping of productsCoordinate with production scheduler on customer orders to ensure 100% on time fulfillmentOversee incoming and outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipmentsProvide feedback to customer service, sales representatives, and plant leaders on status of work ordersSupport and collect, enter,



and reconcile materials produced and used dailyProvide purchase orders to vendors that supply stock and non-stock items to the plant and schedule items to be deliveredReceive purchase orders and ensure that items arriveInteract and develop good working relationships with vendorsSupport Safety functions: lead and support safety committee, weekly and monthly audits, SOS card entry, and any additional taskManage and update the list of vendors of items usedPerform and enter cycle counts on a bi‑monthly cycle into JDEOperate within JDE inventory system, database, and Excel spreadsheetReasonable mandatory overtime may be required due to business needsTargeted Pay Rate$25.00BenefitsMedical, dental and vision plans;
