This role sits at the heart of our Retail Transformation & Omnichannel team, ensuring initiatives are well structured, coordinated, and successfully rolled out across markets.Job responsibilitiesYour role will be:Coordinate omnichannel projects from early scoping through to launch and post-launch follow-upHelp structure priorities, plans, and ways of working across business, IT, and regional teamsAct as a connector between different teams, making sure everyone is aligned and moving in the same directionFollow up on key milestones, risks, and dependencies to keep delivery on trackSupport the definition and documentation of business needs and user requirementsContribute to testing (UAT), rollout preparation, and adoption of new capabilities in stores and marketsHelp improve existing omnichannel processes and simplify how we work across channelsMake sure key information, decisions, and documentation are clear and accessible for all stakeholdersSupport governance routines (follow-ups,



meetings, decision tracking) to keep initiatives movingHelp ensure new tools and services are properly understood and adopted by teams across regionsProfileWhat is important for the role:5+ years of experience in project management in complex, cross-functional environmentsExperience working on technical or digital projects (eCommerce, retail systems, omnichannel tools, POS, OMS, or similar)Exposure to transformation or process improvement initiatives is a plusStrong collaboration skills and ability to work with different teams and stakeholdersComfortable managing priorities, dependencies, and multiple workstreams at the same timeStructured mindset with attention to detail, but pragmatic and solution-orientedAbility to translate business needs into clear actions and follow-upsExperience with Agile or hybrid ways of working is a plusFluent in English and Spanish is required; French is a plusAt LOEWE, we value the uniqueness of our clients and our teams, whoever and wherever they are.
