- +7 years in native mobile development (iOS and/or Android)
- At least 1 year of experience managing mobile engineering teams
- Hands‑on with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose for Android or Swift and SwiftUI for iOS
- Proficiency in data structures, system design, design patterns, API design
- Familiarity with MVP or MVVM, declarative UI, Git, and DevOps practices
- Full‑stack background is a plus with cloud services, GraphQL, and Firebase
- Strong ability to drive technical decisions and project scope management
