Experteer Overview In this role you will help build and scale a brand-new Data Engineering team while driving Agile transformation across international projects. You will support cross-functional teams in delivering high-value data solutions, promote Agile maturity, and facilitate collaboration with stakeholders. - Facilitate Agile ceremonies for the Data Engineering team
- Foster self-organization and cross-functional collaboration
- Coordinate stakeholder communication and track initiatives

- Collaborate across multiple projects and ensure alignment with goals
- Act as a change agent to enable Agile transformation across teamsResponsabilidades
- Minimum 2 years as a Scrum Master in IT development environments
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and SDLC
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and stakeholder communication
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence or similar tools
- Fluent in English and Spanish; ability to collaborate with distributed teamsRequisitos principales
