Experteer Overview
In this role you will ensure timely product availability by translating market demand into replenishment actions and maintaining optimal inventory across a global network. You will act as the key interface between Product Management, Sales, Purchasing, and Customer Operations to align demand with supply. You will monitor inventory levels, manage IMSI range stocks, and define replenishment parameters to balance service levels and costs. You will drive continuous improvement of planning processes, develop KPIs, and support strategic inventory planning. • Serve as the main interface between Product Management, Sales, Purchasing, and Customer Operations to align demand with supply
• Consolidate and assess general demand from Product Management and Sales
• Monitor global inventory levels to ensure stock availability
• Manage IMSI range stocks and the EMEA Input file creation process
• Identify replenishment requirements based on demand forecasts, inventory targets, and consumption
• Define and optimize lot-sizing to balance service levels, costs and efficiency
• Trigger and coordinate replenishment and purchasing with Customer Operations and Procurement
• Maintain a general overview of demand, inventory, and replenishment priorities




• Proactively identify stock shortages, excess inventory and supply risks and drive corrective actions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize replenishment and ensure timely availability
• Analyze inventory and demand trends to improve planning and replenishment processes
• Develop and maintain reporting and KPIs for inventory performance and replenishment effectiveness
• Support strategic inventory planning to meet service levels while optimizing working capital
