AsHR Operations Specialist, you will support the business objectives with our people and sustainability agenda in Spain. To this end, you will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees. Your main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.G. employment contracts, addendums, certificates, etc.) and updating internal databases. Our idóneo candidate has experience with HR procedures, HR reporting, Time & Attendance management, UCAGECI and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner.Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our HR department supports our employees while conforming to labour laws.WHAT WILL YOU DOOrganize and maintain personnel records on our HR ERP (SAP)Update internal databases (record sick or maternity leave, leave of absence, etc.)Manage UCAGECIPrepare HR documents, like employment contracts, ensure the proper signature and archive on employee folderRevise company policiesLiaise with external partners,
