Job SummaryWe are looking for a Graphic Designer to support working as an embedded resource within the client’s ecosystem.This role focuses on the creation, development, and execution of high-volume, template-driven design assets across digital and print formats, ensuring consistency with Amazon’s brand guidelines.The designer will work directly with the client’s US-based production team, receiving briefs and delivering assets within a structured workflow environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop master templates for recurring assets (banners, presentations, internal materials)Produce and adapt final design deliverables based on provided briefsExecute layout design using pre-existing assets (copy, imagery, brand elements)Ensure strict adherence to Amazon brand guidelinesLocalize designs for different EMEA markets and languagesWork on a mix of:Digital assets (banners, internal communications, presentations)Print materials (POS, basic print layouts)Collaborate directly with US-based production teams (Los Angeles)Manage feedback cycles and implement design refinements and iterationsDeliver assets autonomously within agreed timelinesRole CharacteristicsHigh-volume, low-complexity design executionStrong focus on consistency, speed, and accuracyMix of:Creating templates from scratchAdapting and updating existing onesPeriods of high activity alternating with low workloadMinimal day-to-day supervision — requires self-management and reliabilityRequired Skills & ExperienceCore SkillsSolid foundation in graphic design and layout principlesStrong ability to create clean, structured, visually appealing layoutsExperience working with brand guidelinesAbility to design both:Digital formatsPrint formats (CMYK,
