ResponsibilitiesAccountable for full delivery and ownership of end-state analytics products including:Accountable for cross-team coordination within Dn A and broader across Tech to staff analytics “pods” for product buildAccountable for working with Project Management Organization on planning, budget tracking and documentationShared accountability for solution architecture and designLead Regional Analytics Governance Forums and Participate in Functional Leadership teams for identification and prioritization of analytics productsWork closely with other Dn A team members and Technical Support/Operations on enhancement and maintenance requests as neededWork closely with BRM’s and Business partners to provide timely updates and to elevate risks or support neededAccountable for informing integral data and analytics portfolio team about all requests/initiatives/ongoing workResponsible for assisting operations team with issues/changes to production analytics products for which they owned deliveryAccountable for post‑delivery adoption and value realization measurement and documentation leveraging change management and user adoption team in partnership with Business OwnerPrimary point of contact with spoke Teams in applicable functions and/or regionsParticipate in the evaluation of data and analytics emerging technology and toolsWork with vendors as needed to support ongoing projects and operations:Maximize the value of our key partnershipsEnsure that the partners deliver services that meet the business requirements and the agreed SLAs. Take corrective actions whenever not the caseAlign service requirements measures and scorecards with the partnerSkillsDeep business knowledge in the associated region and/or functional areas, understanding the business,



their strategy and processesAbility to translate business strategy into technical/build requirements for analytics productsTechnical knowledge of data structures, architecture, visualization principles/tools, data analysis/exploration techniquesKnowledge of analytics platforms, primarily SAP and MicrosoftHighly collaborative with strong change agilityAbility to effectively communicate to top management and to end‑usersAbility to manage, mentor and coach a team, both directly and through influenceUnderstanding of IT governance and operations, IT controls (privacy, security)Experience in platform and solution architectureExperience in project management and team managementExperience/exposure to different markets dynamics/specificities/culturesExperience in crisis management, ability to manage the matrixStrong Ability to work remotely, monitor process, progress and resultsAdvanced level of English is required.Personal QualitiesBelonging: You have a strong capacity to create a culture of ‘Belonging’, where people feel appreciated for who they are, what they do, and who they can becomeSelf‑Awareness: You have high levels of self‑awareness, are reflective and know yourself well, understanding both your own strengths and weaknesses and your impact on othersPeople Agility:
