Experteer OverviewIn this role you will directly shape ’s level experience and guide a team of designers within Voodoo’s Live Studios. You’ll design and tune 3 D levels in Unity, aligning progression and difficulty with player and business goals. You’ll collaborate across art, programming, and design to deliver high-quality, engaging content and mentor junior designers. This position offers ownership of tooling, workflows, and ongoing experimentation to keep content fresh and pensaciones / Ventajas
- Collaborate with creative teams to plan level progression and difficulty curves
- Design and iterate 3 D levels using Unity and proprietary tools
- Contribute to Level Design team and Levels Pod, prioritize tasks, and provide mentorship
- Define level design guidelines tailored to the game and audience
- Specify and improve Level Design tools to enhance workflow and quality
- Document levels, progressions, and AB test results
- Generate ideas for new mechanics,



assets, and themes to maintain variety
- Coordinate with artists, animators, and programmers to realize level designs
- Test, balance, and adjust levels based on feedback and data
- Ensure designs meet technical constraints of the game engine vs opportunitiesResponsabilidades
- 4+ years of Level Design experience in 3 D games
- Proficient in Unity (intermediate or higher)
- Strong understanding of casual game design principles
- Experience or interest in leading and mentoring a team
- Experience with data-driven level balancing and tweaking
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and explain ideas clearly
- Nice to have: open-world outdoor 3 D design, prior team leadership, relevant degree
