Experteer Overview
In this role, you will build robust data foundations for marketing decisions within N26’s Marketing Data team. You will design scalable data models and pipelines to enable self-serve analytics for marketing stakeholders, while collaborating closely with data scientists and engineers. You’ll apply engineering best practices to ensure data quality and reliability across campaigns, driving data literacy and faster decision-making. This is a hands-on role at a fast-growing fintech, offering the chance to shape data-driven growth and influence marketing programs. You’ll work with cutting-edge tools and a diverse, international team to deploy impactful data solutions.

• Design data models in dbt to create a single source of truth for marketing data
• Build data products with version control, CI, testing, and documentation to ensure scalable pipelines
• Improve analysts’ workflow efficiency by optimizing data processes
• Diagnose and resolve issues in the transformation pipeline to ensure uptime
• Build and manage data models in BI tools (e.g., Metabase, QuickSight) for consistent reporting




• Collaborate in whiteboarding and design reviews to develop new data services and internal tools
• Align data strategies with business objectives and marketing campaigns with cross-functional teams

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field
• 2+ years of experience as Analytics Engineer, Data Engineer, or Software Engineer (preferably in Marketing/Marketing Technology)
• Proven expertise in data modeling using dbt
• Strong SQL and Python for data manipulation and automation
• Experience with ETL/ELT and data warehousing architecture (Airflow, dbt, Fivetran)
• Experience with data visualization tools like Metabase, Tableau, or Looker
• Strong business acumen and ability to link data to business problems
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams
