You are passionate about the retail world.ResponsibilitiesSupport the area manager in daily activities by actively contributing to the design of the Store's commercial and HR strategy360° management of your shopPlan, implement and monitor the measures necessary to achieve and exceed sales objectivesEnsure and collaborate in the implementation of merchandising standards and optimize sales space to maximize profitabilityManage the warehouse by maintaining the correct stock level in compliance with product replenishment cycles and merchandising strategiesPossess good product and fashion knowledge, know and apply brand and seasonal visual merchandising standardsSupervise the reception of customers, ensuring that it is in line with POP MART guidelinesCoordination of commercial and organizational activities particularly on your Store (animations, events, new launches,
