ROAS and LTVCollaborate with creative teams to produce high-performing adsIdentify new acquisition opportunities and channelsAnalyze data and turn insights into actionable growth initiativesBuild scalable acquisition processes as the company growsRequirementsMust-have:4 to 8+ years in Performance Marketing or User AcquisitionHands-on expertise with Tik Tok Ads (mandatory)Experience managing six-figure monthly advertising budgetsStrong DTC/B2 C acquisition backgroundExcellent analytical skillsProven track record scaling paid campaigns profitablyComfortable working in a fast-moving startup environmentFluent EnglishNice to have:Fin Tech experienceAI or Saa S exposureSubscription or LTV-driven business modelsExperience with Meta Ads, Google Ads or other acquisition channels
