Supervise cross-functional daily warehouse floor operations (inbound receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, and outbound dispatch) during shifts, serving as the core operational bridge between local floor teams and international headquarters.
You will directly lead shift Team Leaders and operators across all floor departments, managing real-time labor reallocation, resolving operational bottlenecks, and ensuring strict compliance with the
Convenio Colectivo de Logística de Madrid .
Crucial Expectations & Performance Targets
Cross-Departmental Shift Throughput:
Manage end-to-end shift execution to consistently hit corporate KPIs for receiving turnaround, picking rates, packing efficiency, and on-time courier dispatch.
Maintain real-time, accurate reporting and operational alignment between local Spanish warehouse operations and centralized Chinese corporate teams.




Ensure 100% adherence to global standard operating procedures (SOPs) on the floor, translating technical instructions and resolving tracking deviations in real time.
Manage daily staff scheduling, shift handovers, and operator safety compliance, maintaining smooth labor relations and full adherence to warehouse health and safety protocols (PRL).
High-Velocity Logistics Competence:
Proven operational experience supervising warehouse operations within a fast-paced e-commerce fulfillment center, 3PL hub, or retail distribution network.
Mandarin Language Mastery:
Mandarin, Spanish, and English
is strictly mandatory to seamlessly bridge communications between local operators, European leadership, and integral HQ.
Strong hands-on experience utilizing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), RF scanners, and automated material handling infrastructure.
High adaptability regarding shift rotations (including early mornings, late evenings, or weekend shifts) required to support a 24/7 infrastructure launch.
