Experteer Overview
In this role you will be the OneStream expert and primary FPu0026amp;A systems owner, enabling reliable financial data, dashboards, and planning processes. You collaborate with cross-functional partners to support budgets, forecasts, and management reporting within a scalable data framework. You drive system improvements, data governance, and automation to deliver timely insights for decision-making. The opportunity combines finance, analytics, and technology to impact the company’s planning, reporting, and controls. You’ll join a global, diverse team in a remote setup with room to grow your skills and influence across the business.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Own administration and continuous improvement of the OneStream platform (metadata, workflows, reporting solutions, configurations)
• Manage user security, roles, access provisioning, and periodic access reviews per internal controls and SOX
• Maintain dashboards, Cube Views, reporting packages, business rules, and workflow processes
• Support close, forecasting, and planning cycles within OneStream
• Partner with IT and vendors to troubleshoot, upgrade, and deliver enhancements
• Drive process automation to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency
• Develop documentation, training materials, and governance procedures
• Design, develop, and maintain automated management reporting and KPI dashboards
• Own reporting and governance for key financial and operational metrics




• Deliver standardized executive reporting packages and insightful analyses
• Ensure reporting consistency across planning, actuals, and management reporting
• Continuously improve reporting processes through automation and simplification
• Provide ad-hoc FPu0026A support including scenario modeling and business cases
• Drive continuous improvement of FPu0026A systems, reporting, and controls
• Support internal audit, SOX, and compliance activities related to financial data controls
• Maintain documentation for key finance processes and reporting methodologies
• Promote best practices for financial data management and governance

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field
• 5+ years in FPu0026A, Financial Systems, or Financial Reporting roles
• Hands-on experience administering OneStream or similar EPM platform
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience developing management reporting and executive dashboards
• Proven ability to manage large data sets and complex reporting environments
• Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
