From Persán, a leading multinational and family company in Europe in the development, manufacturing, and marketing of home care and personal care products, with 85 years working for a cleaner world, we are looking for you to join our Team, as Finance SpecialistMain Responsibilities- Support the Finance Department through the preparation of periodic financial reports, variance analysis, and KPI monitoring.- Analyze financial performance and identify deviations against budgets, forecasts, and business objectives.- Support financial audits by ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and availability of required information.- Participate in corporate integration projects, contributing to the harmonization of financial processes and reporting standards.- Collaborate in automation and process optimization initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and data quality.- Coordinate with different business areas to ensure the integrity, consistency,



and reliability of financial information.- Provide analytical support to facilitate decision-making and continuous business improvement.Academic BackgroundBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
