As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, delivering support that goes beyond expectations.- Location: Barcelona, Malaga, Valencia, Spain- Language: Danish- Start date: ASAPYour Role- Handle incoming contacts via phone, email, chat, and other channels to resolve user inquiries- Log cases accurately in the system and provide timely responses within service level agreements- Maintain a deep understanding of services and products tailored to the electric vehicle industry- Collaborate with teammates and offer support during absences or increased workloads- Fulfill administrative duties such as tracking leave and attending scheduled sessions- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives led by your- Supervisor or- Mentor- Maintain high standards of quality,
