Experteer Overview
In this role you will own the supply planning cycle for AFEMEA BU(s) within the CoE, balancing demand with supply across the network. You will standardize planning practices, coach site teams, and build reliable visibility by stewarding master data and planning tools. You’ll lead scenario-based decisions, drive Su0026amp;OP inputs, and support continuous improvement of planning standards. This is a high-impact role that connects manufacturing, procurement, and analytics to safeguard service, cost, and inventory outcomes.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own the BU supply plan and manage Rough-Cut Capacity Planning, master-scheduling alignment, and supply-demand balance
• Review constraints, evaluate risks/opportunities, and create scenarios with service, cost, and inventory trade-offs
• Facilitate the Supply Review and provide inputs to BU Su0026OP for cost-optimal production, distribution, and procurement
• Drive adoption of AFEMEA Planning Playbook standards across sites and coach site planners on planning fundamentals
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of planning master data (capacity models, calendars, lead times, lot sizes, parameters) and feed learning back into playbook development




• Collaborate with CoE Demand Planning, BI, data, and IT to close data gaps and improve planning visibility
• Partner with sites to anchor production and procurement plans on the consensus demand plan
• Contribute to planning system implementation and improvement (e.g., SAP IBP) and support business continuity planning

Responsabilidades
• 5-8+ years of supply chain experience, preferably in international B2B or FMCG
• Previous supply planning experience in a large organization
• Experience working with manufacturing sites (planning, scheduling, or plant supply)
• Formal qualifications aligned to the AFEMEA Planner Capability Framework (level-3 behavioral anchors)
• Fluent English; additional European language is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and experience with planning tools (SAP IBP or similar)
• Advanced Excel and BI/analytical tool knowledge
• Ability to communicate, facilitate, and influence without direct authority
• Adaptable and able to work across cultures in a fast-paced environment
