Project Scheduler - Spain, Madrid - 12 Months Initial Contract

With major capital investment experience driving various facility build projects. This is a unique opportunity for a Project Scheduler to join a general leader in the life sciences market and play a key role in shaping the future of advanced manufacturing.

What You’ll Do

Develop, baseline and maintain the fully integrated project schedule (Level 1–4) in Primavera P6.

Define and maintain the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and activity coding aligned with project controls requirements.

Integrate inputs from Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning into a consolidated schedule.

Perform critical path analysis,



identify schedule risks and monitor float trends.

Track schedule progress vs. baseline, identify variances and issue early warnings.

What you’ll need

Degree in Engineering, Project Management or related field.

Extensive project scheduling experience, including 5 years on major capital projects (Oil & Gas, Energy, Infrastructure, Pharma, etc.).

Advanced Primavera P6 proficiency (mandatory).

Experience with Concerto preferred (training available).

Strong MS Excel; MS Project desirable; Power BI beneficial.
