Experteer Overview
In this role you drive organizational strategy and operating model design for diverse clients, shaping how strategy translates into practice. You work with cross-functional teams to align structure, processes, and culture, enabling sustainable transformation. You lead complex engagements, coaching senior leaders and guiding governance and change initiatives. This is a chance to influence strategic direction across multinational contexts and deliver measurable business impact.

• Define and scope solution architecture for transformations

Responsabilidades
• 7-10+ years of relevant consultancy or client HR/OD experience
• Experience leading large-scale transformation and strategy implementation in multinational settings
• Strong change management and project leadership experience
• Track record of winning new business and growing accounts
• Business acumen advising senior executives across industries
• Technical depth in change management, transformation, strategy development, or organizational design
• Experience with analytics in large-scale interventions
• Financially literate
• Experience working across countries/geographies
• Industry exposure in Financial Services, Industrial, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Technology, or Public Services
