Responsibilities

Ensuring data integrity and high‑quality outputs across data sources

Support quality control processes and contribute to quality assurance for data offerings

Perform standard data quality checks and identify trends or patterns using statistical techniques

Evaluate business data to understand characteristics and ensure alignment with local market rules

Analyse existing processes and suggest opportunities for improvement

Document procedures and share knowledge to support team consistency

Assist in resolving data exceptions and collaborate with internal teams to address client‑related queries

Provide support to clients and business initiatives when required

Maintain and track KPIs to monitor performance and ensure operational accuracy

Requirements





Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field (e.g., Statistics) preferred

At least one year of experience in a data analytics or similar role

SAS programming skills required

Experience with additional tools such as R or SQL is a plus

Proficiency in Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint

Strong problem‑solving skills and comfort working with complexity

Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset

High attention to detail and ability to analyse complex datasets

Curiosity and a strong interest in research and investigation
