As a Mechanical Structures Specialist, you will shape global structural design standards for High Voltage products and collaborate with Ru0026amp;D, Production, and Installation teams. You’ll drive innovation, standardization, and continuous improvement across an international engineering network. This role blends design, tooling development, and process optimization to deliver robust support structures worldwide. You will influence how structural solutions are engineered and delivered, leveraging cross-functional expertise to raise quality and efficiency. • Identify and lead process improvement initiatives to boost efficiency, quality, and consistency.
• Develop and implement engineering guidelines, templates, and standards for general knowledge sharing.
• Support tool development and automation adoption to improve productivity and accuracy.




• Define requirements for new structural components and manage related approvals and compliance.
• Act as the interface between Ru0026D, Engineering, Production, and Installation to implement improvements.
• Lead the global Structural Expert Community to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Apply Lean and continuous improvement methodologies to optimize workflows.

Responsabilidades
• Master's degree in Structural, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering
• 10+ years of experience in mechanical structures engineering or related field
• Strong understanding of structural engineering principles
• Experience with Tekla, STAAD, and Ansys
• Knowledge of structural steel design standards and codes (EN, Eurocode, IBC)
• Experience with High Voltage Switchgear products and supporting steel structures is advantageous
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across global teams
• Fluent English written and spoken
