Experteer Overview
As an Active Directory Engineer at ING Hubs Spain, you will design, operate, and secure AD DS in a hybrid setup integrated with EntraID, collaborating with security and infrastructure teams. You will deliver scalable, secure identity solutions in a regulated environment and contribute to DevOps-aligned delivery. This role offers impact through improving identity security, automation, and operational resilience in a tech-first banking hub.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Own and operate on-premises AD DS in enterprise-scale environments with stability and security focus
• Manage production AD environments, including lifecycle management and patching
• Work with Windows Server 2016–2022 across domain controllers and patch strategies
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID in hybrid identity environments
• Apply identity security concepts (privileged access, least privilege, attack surface reduction)
• Collaborate with cloud, security, and DevOps teams to define identity infrastructure solutions




• Support infrastructure-as-code practices (e.g., Terraform) for standardized deployments
• Improve operational processes and automation for identity services
• Stay updated on AD, identity, and security best practices and apply pragmatically
• Communicate clearly with engineers, security teams, and stakeholders

Responsabilidades
• 4–5 years of hands-on AD DS operation in enterprise-scale environments
• Experience managing production AD environments
• Strong Windows Server expertise (2016–2022)
• Hands-on Entra ID in hybrid identity environments
• Understanding of identity security concepts and least privilege
• Comfort in Agile/DevOps settings and ownership of identity deliverables
• Fluent English (B2)
