Experteer Overview
In this hands-on technical leadership role, you own the architecture and realization of a next-generation high-speed hardware platform. You will work across system-level design and detailed hardware work, guiding FPGA, GPU, and software collaborators to integrate a complete system. You’ll tackle complex problems in signal, timing, and high-speed interconnects, driving validation, debugging, and system integration. You will mentor the engineering team and shape technical decisions that enable scalable, high-performance computing. This is a mission-driven opportunity to build a cutting-edge platform with a strong cross-functional team.

Responsabilidades
• A track record of leading technically demanding projects and multidisciplinary teams
• Extensive experience in high-speed digital design and complex PCB development
• Strong knowledge of signal integrity, power integrity and transmission-line theory
• Hands-on experience with PCIe, Ethernet, DDR/DDR5 and SerDes
• Proven experience with complex electronic system integration, validation and hardware debugging
• Strong experience with AMD/Xilinx FPGAs
• Experience with NVIDIA GPUs and high-performance computing is highly valuable
• Hands-on, technically curious approach with ability to move between system architecture and detailed hardware investigation
