Experteer Overview
In this role you will design and deliver robust analytics, reporting, and automation for the Volume Planning teams across Europe. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to turn business questions into scalable data solutions and insights, shaping the company’s strategic innovation program. You’ll work with data to improve performance visibility, build analytical models, and drive value for operations. This is a fast-paced, collaborative role with a clear impact on data-driven decision making and operational excellence.

• Collaborate with senior colleagues to integrate requirements into scalable systems
• Present solutions to stakeholders in weekly syncs
• Lead testing guidance for stakeholders and ensure solution maintenance

Responsabilidades
• Experience analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Quicksight, or similar)
• Experience with industry analytics tools and statistical methods (e.g., Excel, Tableau, QuickSight, MicroStrategy, PowerBI; t-test, Chi-squared)
• Experience with scripting languages (Python, Java, or R)
• Experience with SQL
• Experience in the data/BI space
