Responsibilities
Develop and manage contract strategies aligned with procurement, project delivery, and organizational objectives.
Draft, review, and negotiate contract terms and conditions (including scope, pricing, delivery, warranties, indemnities, insurance, and limitations of liability) in coordination with Legal where required.
Lead contract formation activities, ensuring required approvals, delegations of authority, and supporting documentation are completed prior to execution.
Ensure contracts comply with internal governance, procurement policies, audit requirements, and applicable regulations, while maintaining proper contract documentation, approvals, and audit trails.
Manage contract change control, including amendments; support assessment and negotiation of associated commercial impacts, and identify, assess, and mitigate contractual risks (commercial, legal, schedule, and performance), escalating issues and recommending mitigations as appropriate.
Manage contract close‑out activities (deliverable acceptance, final accounts, handover, and archiving)
and support renewals/expiries and lessons learned, while continuously improving contract management processes, templates, and clause libraries to enhance speed, quality, and compliance.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, and 5–8+ years of experience in contracts management, procurement, or a related role.
Demonstrated experience drafting and administering complex or high‑value contracts, and experience working in structured environments with contract governance, audit, and compliance requirements.
Strong knowledge of contract terms and contract administration practices; familiarity with standard forms of contract is an advantage.
Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously under tight deadlines, and high attention to detail and commitment to compliance and transparency.
Effective stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence outcomes and resolve contractual issues.
Proficiency with contract management processes and tools (e.g., document control, contract registers, ERP/procurement systems) is an advantage, and fluent English required; Greek/ Spanish preferred.
