Experteer Overview In this role you will lead sustainability, decarbonisation, and net-zero strategies for major buildings and urban developments. You will guide cross-disciplinary teams to embed sustainability into projects from concept to delivery, using data-driven and parametric design approaches. You will manage sustainability workstreams, ensure quality and client satisfaction, and contribute to growing the Sustainable Design practice. - Lead development and delivery of sustainability, decarbonisation, and net-zero strategies for large projects
- Provide technical leadership in environmental analysis, building performance, LCA, and whole-life carbon studies
- Guide multidisciplinary teams to integrate sustainability objectives from concept through delivery
- Manage sustainability workstreams across multiple projects (delivery, quality, budgets,



programmes, client relationships)
- Lead preparation and review of technical reports, sustainability strategies, certifications, and client presentations
- Contribute to practice growth through mentoring, thought leadership, proposals, and business development initiativesResponsabilidades

- Experience leading sustainability strategies and complex projects from concept to delivery
