Experteer Overview
In this role you shape the long-term strategy for user experience and automation in Simcenter STAR-CCM+. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate customer and market needs into impactful features, evangelize the product both internally and to customers, and collaborate with development to deliver value in production releases. You’ll contribute to go-to-market materials and help extend the software’s reach in a global, mixed-technology environment. This role combines UX, CFD expertise, and software strategy to accelerate engineering innovation.

• Identify and articulate user and market requirements related to UX and automation
• Collaborate with development to prioritize, plan, and deliver new features for upcoming releases
• Champion progress of releases to internal stakeholders and customers with sales and marketing
• Create and refine go-to-market materials to communicate product benefits
• Coordinate with customer support, BD teams,



and customers to gather feedback and validate impact
• Report on release plans and outcomes to ensure alignment with business goals

Responsabilidades
• MSc or PhD in engineering or relevant discipline with proven industrial experience using simulation or software
• In-depth knowledge of industrial CFD and user experience
• Experience in Technical Product Management is an advantage
• Understanding of SaaS and Cloud technologies is an advantage
• CAD and other CAE software experience is an advantage
• Excellent English communications skills (written and spoken)
• Highly motivated with initiative and accountability
• Willingness to travel internationally (20%)
