Experteer Overview In this Software Architect role, you will shape the future of a cloud-native SaaS platform, moving from serverless/AWS toward container-based architectures. You will lead across services, APIs, and platform capabilities to deliver scalable, secure software for personalized healthcare solutions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate design, testing, and production readiness, while mentoring engineers and aligning technical direction with business goals. - Define and evolve the architectural vision for scalable, secure SaaS solutions aligned with business goals
- Lead architecture decisions across services, APIs, integrations, and platform capabilities
- Guide the transition to container-based, cloud-native engineering practices
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve design, code quality, testing, deployment, and production readiness
- Coordinate with DevOps and platform teams on Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD, and monorepo workflows
- Shape multi-tenant SaaS capabilities including tenant-aware services, security boundaries, and scalability




- Partner with product management and stakeholders to shape the technical roadmap
- Mentor engineers and strengthen architectural practices across teams
- Represent the team in the architecture community and ensure cross-department alignmentResponsabilidades
- Proven experience as Software Architect or senior technical leader
- Extensive experience designing distributed, cloud-native applications in container-based environments
- Solid knowledge of Kubernetes and modern deployment practices
- Strong experience with .NET / C#, and guiding architecture in a mixed-technology setting
- Solid understanding of software architecture principles (OOP, SOLID, design patterns) and maintainable design
- Experience designing SaaS and multi-tenant solutions
- Strong knowledge of API design, HTTP, REST, and service integration patterns
- Understanding of application and API security best practices
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases
- Strong English communication, and ability to influence across technical and non-technical audiences
