Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the general media strategy for a prestigious luxury brand in Beauty u0026amp; Fashion, spanning 10 markets. You’ll coordinate a full-time multimedia team to drive cross-market campaigns, with a focus on multi-market positioning and integrated digital strategy. You will shape test-and-learn programs and DTC efforts to deliver strong performance. - Serve as the senior client liaison, ensuring exceptional service and consistent campaign execution across markets
- Translate client objectives into insight-led, integrated campaigns with emphasis on video and social channels
- Develop global media guidelines, test-and-learn programs, and best practices; lead partnership solutions
- Oversee account planning, timelines, and resourcing; manage DTC forecasting,budget control, and ROAS across digital channels
- Lead and mentor a team (Digital Manager, Account Executive, Intern) and align SEM/Social specialists with the teamResponsabilidades




- Minimum of 8 years' experience in a digital planning/management role
- Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communication
- Strong strategic thinking with proficiency in media planning tools
- Experience managing global or regional accounts across EMEA, APAC, or North America
- Advanced English proficiency (C1)
- High-level planning skills for large omnichannel campaigns
- Experience in multimedia digital campaigns with a focus on performance marketing
- Familiarity with Search Ads and major social platforms (Meta, Tik Tok) and Google Analytics
- Understanding of performance pricing models (CPA, CPL, CPI) and performance metrics (ROI, ROAS, CR, AOV)
