In this role you will help build and scale a brand-new Data Engineering team while driving Agile transformation across international projects. You will support cross-functional teams in delivering high-value data solutions, promote Agile maturity, and facilitate collaboration with stakeholders. You join a growth-focused environment with mentoring and development plans, contributing to a healthcare-data initiative at ERNI. You’ll work with distributed teams and have a clear impact through continuous improvement and effective ceremonies.

Responsabilidades
• Minimum 2 years as a Scrum Master in IT development environments
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and SDLC
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and stakeholder communication
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence or similar tools
• Fluent in English and Spanish; ability to collaborate with distributed teams
