Experteer Overview
In this role you drive the expansion of Freenow by Lyft’s Dispatch tool among SME taxi fleets in Spain. You’ll convert traditional fleets to our connected platform, guiding operators through adoption and change while coordinating with Product and Strategy teams to refine the solution. You’ll travel frequently to meet partners, own onboarding end-to-end, and nurture ongoing relationships to ensure satisfaction. This is a hands-on, field-facing role in a fast-growing international mobility company with a clear digitalization mission.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Prospect, engage, travel and pitch the Dispatch tool to SME taxi companies in Spain
• Convert traditional fleets into Freenow by Lyft partners by guiding adoption
• Act as the voice of partners and collect on-the-ground feedback for product improvements
• Collaborate with Product and Strategy teams to co-build the solution
• Own new client onboarding end-to-end and coordinate internal stakeholders for a successful launch




• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing partners after onboarding to ensure ongoing success

Responsabilidades
• 3–5 years of experience in B2B business development, sales, or account management
• Experience in mobility, logistics, or selling SaaS solutions to SMEs is valued
• Proven track record of managing a B2B pipeline and handling objections
• Ability to sell the value of adoption and change to partners
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to understand a partner’s business processes and guide change
• Willingness to travel 40–50% of the time
• Fluency in English and Spanish
