As Head of Model Risk Management u0026amp; Data Quality at Ebury, you will design and maintain a robust risk framework for models used in financial decisions. You will partner with Finance, Operations, Analytics, and Sales to ensure model integrity, regulatory compliance, and data quality. You will monitor model performance, guide improvements, and report insights to Risk Committees and Executives. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on risk and data stewardship in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Responsabilidades
• Analytical skills to understand complex models and identify risks
• Background in statistics, mathematics, or quantitative finance
• Knowledge of quantitative modelling techniques
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Experience with risk management across operational, financial, and market risk
• Strong communication skills to convey complex risk concepts to stakeholders
• Familiarity with financial models used in the industry
• Understanding of modern Data Platform concepts and related engineering/analytics
• Attention to detail in risk assessment and model scrutiny
• Strategic thinking to balance risk mitigation with fast-paced delivery
• Regulatory knowledge related to risk management
• Certifications like FRM, PRM, or CRM could be beneficial
