As Sr Game Producer at Scopely, you drive planning, delivery, and alignment across multiple feature pods for Yahtzee! With Buddies. You lead cross-functional ceremonies and ensure timely, high-quality releases that resonate with players. You’ll identify risks early, maintain rigorous documentation, and foster a healthy team culture. This role offers impact on a beloved mobile title and collaboration with a global studio focused on scalable, engaging play.

• Plan and execute multiple feature pods, coordinating schedules, resources, and cross-disciplinary dependencies
• Lead all pod ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) with active participation across crafts
• Clarify pre-development by early planning, risk identification, and accurate scoping
• Collaborate with Design, Product, Art, Engineering, and QA to ensure smooth feature delivery
• Maintain pod readiness at milestones, aligning with roadmap and quality standards
• Maintain and improve production docs, including timelines, status reports, and sprint artifacts
• Clear blockers, manage risks, and track deliverables to support cross-functional collaboration
• Foster a healthy,



inclusive team environment with clear communication and structured workflows
• Balance multiple initiatives to avoid burnout and bottlenecks while keeping teams focused
• Partner with leads and stakeholders to continuously improve development processes and pod operations

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in game production, preferably mobile and cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to manage complex timelines and multiple pods
• Strong communication and collaboration across disciplines and seniority levels
• Solid grasp of agile production workflows (sprint planning, bug triage, milestone tracking)
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Miro
• Comfort in fast-paced, iterative development with shifting priorities
• Proactive mindset to anticipate risks, resolve blockers, and maintain momentum
• Collaborative and empathetic leadership supporting team health and psychological safety
• Ability to context switch and manage multiple teams without losing detail
• Passion for production as a craft and for process improvement
