You’ll balance speed, data, effort, feasibility, and user empathy - helping us maintain creativity while the organisation grows.TasksLead discovery and delivery of new product features and improvementsTranslate business and customer needs into clear product outcomesCollaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to execute releasesPrioritise the roadmap for your product area in line with JOIN’s overall product strategyMeasure success through data and user feedback, developing further improvements based on insightsMaintain high‑quality documentation (PRDs, success metrics, roadmaps)Use experimentation and data analysis (Amplitude, Big Query, etc.) to validate hypotheses and guide decisionsWho you will work withYou’ll be part of JOIN’s Product Team, collaborating daily with Engineering, Design, and Marketing squads to deliver high‑impact initiatives. You’ll report directly to the Head of Product, and partner with cross‑functional stakeholders across Barcelona, Poland and Berlin to ensure seamless execution and communication.Requirements3–5 years of product management experience in a Saa S or B2 B tech environmentTechnical background (e.G., prior experience in software engineering or other technical roles) and can comfortably discuss architecture, APIs and data flowsProven track record driving end‑to‑end delivery of product initiativesExperience with data tools (Amplitude, Big Query, Mixpanel)
