Experteer Overview In this role you lead the Inventory Operations team responsible for flight, ground transport, and stays data quality. You’ll stay hands-on to diagnose issues, set technical standards, and ensure reliable inventory content across verticals. You’ll partner with Product and Engineering to raise the overall quality and reliability of our travel content. You’ll translate data insights into actions, drive scalable processes, and influence senior stakeholders. This is a hybrid role with a strong focus on people leadership and operational excellence.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Lead and develop a team of 8 Inventory Ops specialists across flights, ground transportation, and stays
- Remain hands-on by diagnosing supplier/GDS/content issues and prototyping fixes
- Standardize operations across three travel verticals to improve reliability
- Define governance frameworks and reduce BAU workload while increasing quality




- Use data to guide priorities and communicate recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Represent the team in cross-functional forums with Product, Engineering, and suppliers
- Champion AI-first thinking and drive measurable efficiency gainsResponsabilidades

- Travel tech fluency with knowledge of travel inventory systems, GDS/NDC content, and supplier APIs
- 4+ years in operations, travel technology, or supplier management with end-to-end workflow ownership

- Process design expertise to build scalable frameworks and coach a team
